to use. I prefer receiving the document as an email (attachment):

Game Report in MS Word Format (the best way to enter the info on the computer)
Game Report as a PDF (good for printing out)
Game Report as a html file (probably the least user-friendly)
Game Reports need to be filled out promptly. The state wants me to send them in within 24 hours. If an ejection is involved, the state wants it the next morning.
